BIO: KATE SCHULTE

Kate and her family moved to Sarasota when she was 5. She grew up admiring her parents' work ethic as they opened a few Jersey Mike's Subs locations around town, and soon after high school went to study Business and Psychology at Florida State University. During her time in Tallahassee, she worked part-time as a leasing agent for a local Property Management company to make some extra cash. She soon became intrigued by the Property Management field, and after graduating in 2020, she moved back to Sarasota and began working as a Property Manager with Stockton Realty Advisors.

Kate enjoys using her knowledge about the greater Sarasota area to help both owners and tenants alike, and recently moved to Saint Petersburg to expand her portfolio to Pinellas County. Kate enjoys getting to know people from all walks of life through her job as a Property Manager.
